My name is Janei, and I created The Jae Standard in Miami after unforeseen circumstances out of my control forced me to rethink everything about work, stability, and self-worth. When no one called back with job offers, I decided to build the role I wished existed, one where my eye for detail, love of orderly spaces, and care for people could truly matter.
Today, I personally manage every appointment, from the first message to the final walk-through, so clients know exactly who is entering their home or office. As a Black- and female-owned business owner, I carry a deep sense of responsibility to show up prepared, background checked, and fully insured.
