Booking Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the final service balance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with proper notice.

Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require a new booking deposit to secure a future appointment.

Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring the following are available at the time of service:

• Property access
• Running water
• Electricity
• Safe working conditions

If entry cannot be gained upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply.

Condition of Property

Pricing is based on the condition of the property as described during booking.

Excessive buildup, heavy clutter, bodily fluids, pest infestations, mold, or unsafe conditions may result in:

• adjusted pricing,
• additional service fees, or refusal of service at the cleaner’s discretion.

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are concerns regarding your service, clients must notify The Jae Standard within 24 hours of the completed appointment so concerns may be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due on the same day services are completed.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Square
• Credit/Debit Card
• Zelle
• Other approved electronic payment methods
• Photo & Media Release

The Jae Standard may document non-identifiable before-and-after photos for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes.

Personal or sensitive information will never intentionally be photographed or shared publicly.

Additional Requests

Additional cleaning requests made during the appointment may result in adjusted pricing or extended service time, depending on availability.

Pets: For safety purposes, clients are responsible for securing aggressive or anxious pets during the service appointment.

Excessive Clutter: Cleaning services do not include excessive decluttering or organizational services unless discussed and approved prior to the appointment.
